Goldmine starts with an intake covering what you do, what catches your attention, and a few small stories. There are more questions than you need to answer — fill in whichever ones you have something to say about, in any order. After the form, you have a conversation with Goldie about what surfaced, and the session ends with a few possible essay directions to choose from.
